Refund & Return Policy
At PanjFoods, we are committed to providing high-quality organic food products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Perishable items, such as Desi Ghee, Organic Gur, and Shakar, cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons unless the product is damaged or defective.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).

Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If a replacement is preferred, we will send a new item at no additional cost.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used food products
- Perishable goods (unless defective)
- Items purchased on sale or during promotions
